Hi,
I'm seeing huge number of Stale Warnings in the nagios log for a particular service.
How to get rid of this.?
For this service some times notifications are not sent when it changes from critical to ok state.
Stale Warnings in my log files:

Huge no of Stale Warnings
Re: Huge no of Stale Warnings
Stale errors are when a passive check has not returned a result in a set amount of time, defined by freshness_threshold. If freshness checking is enabled, nagios will perform an active check of the service (or possibly the host) to determine the state.
Do you notice any pattern of when the notification does or does not go out?
