how to add new service in Performance Graph

I need to display some services in Performance Graphs, however I couldn't find where I can do it. Some service such as cpu,memory, disk usage were automatically shown up in there. Is there a document on how to customize Performance Graphs?

What type of metrics are you looking at including? Plugins need to return performance data with the check state and status message. If you are writing your own plugins, see the following document for general guidelines as well as the expected performance data format:
