Recently my nagiosXI Installation only sends me "Recovery", "DOWNTIMESTART" and "DOWNTIMEEND" notifications... somehow i'm not getting any PROBLEM/WARNING notifications...

- Checked on my user "Notification preferences" > "Notification Types" and they are all ticked

where else should i search ?

They may have been altered on the contact itself. Can you post the config for the contact from the ccm that is associated with this user?

Actually turned out this was an issue with our email service provider, their whitelisting was not working properly. thanks!
