Jabber Notifications

I am currently migrating a company from Nagios 3 to Nagios XI. One of the issues is the best way to implement jabber as a notification method. Their Nagios 3 configs have a jabber address but there is no current way in XI to see, edit that, as far as I can see. Just looking for the best ideas to make that happen. Wondering if it could be entered as an additional email address?

I would definitely try adding it as any other contact address would be added. Did they have anything configured on the Core system to handle outbound notifications through jabber?

Yes, they have a script that is referenced. I will give that a try and report back...thanks.
