Operations Center Screen
Hi there, is it possible to modify the Operations Screen to show 'all service problems'? Please provide direction if possible, thanks!

It should currently show all service problems, what is it showing you?

I see the Open Service Problems and Open Host Problems but I wanted to see if can see the acknowledged alerts as well (All Service Problems). In our NOC the procedures are if an alert comes in, acknowledge that you see it and then open ticket and proceed with troubleshooting.

You could acknowledge them via Home > Mass Acknowledge Component, if you use Nagios XI Enterprise edition, this is not presently a feature of Nagios fusion, but I could see it being a great feature.. I'm just not sure how it would be done properly without logging into each server from Fusion.

I believe this could be done. I filed an internal feature request. If there is enough interest in this functionality, our developers will put it on their TODO list, and implement it in one of the future releases.
