deleted servers still on homepage

I have a server in Nagios that was removed in CCM (and no longer shown there), but it is still on homepage and sending out alerts. How can I remove it? I tried reconfigure host and delete host in the server's properties but failed both. I made sure the config files are written correctly. I tried restarting Nagios server even but nothing worked. Please help, thank you.

You may be running into ghost hosts:
