Contact not showing in Group

I've attached two screen shots.

The first one K1.jpg is from a contact's Manage Contact Group which shows this contact as a member of the CDC Help Desk Group. The second one is from Contact Group CDC Help Desk Manage Contacts which shows the contact kkabasawa greyed out, but his name does not appear in the list. I can't scroll down the list so I don't know if he is showing up at the bottom, but I got a call from this user stating that he is not receiving any email alerts.

Just curious if this looks the way it's suppose to look or is there something else that needs to be done.

There are 2 methods to add contacts to contactgroups:

1. CCM->Contacts->...->Mange Contact Groups->...->Add Selected
2. CCM->Contact Groups->Manage Contacts->...->Add Selected

The name is grayed out, because it's been added by the "other method".

Go to the:

CCM->Contacts->kkabasawa->View Text Config, and post the config
CCM->Contact Groups->View Text Config, and post the config

Well all that looks good, but I had the same problem last week when I added myself to that group as a test, and I never received any alerts as well.

This particular employee works nights so let me check with him later this evening when he comes in and I'll see if he's getting any alerts then.
