Recurring Scheduled Downtime

I have downtime scheduled every sunday night, is there anyway to set it up so it doesn't email me when it starts and when it stops?...I was trying to reduce email notifications and ended up killing that concept lol

This is done in your individual user settings.

When logged in click on your name in the upper right, then "notification preferences" on the left menu. Uncheck service downtime.
