Failover cluster for Nagios XI

Hi All,

We want to configure the failover cluster using master slave configuration & NSCA. We have few queries regarding the same.

1 ) If we configure the NSCA, will it automatically sync the data or do we need to discover the nodes from the slave nagios server as well ?

2 ) If we configure the monitoring for master nagios server from slave and if any abnormal found can we enable the host, service checks and alert notification checks.

3) Are there any commands to enable the hostchecks, service checks and notification contacts, Please let us know if there are any default commands / scripts to enable the same.

Please do not start two separate threads for the same issue. It creates unnecessary confusion and extra work on our end if we have two of us working on the same issue at the same time in possibly different ways. I will be closing this thread now and we will continue all further discussion in the other thread.
