BPI and downtime
Would it be possible to make BPI take into account things like scheduled downtimes, acknowledged Problems etc? As it is now, if for example a host or service is down while under scheduled downtime, it gets marked as critical in BPI anyway (even when made nonessential).

Ah, good call. I'll put that down as a feature request for the next revision and add in the pseudo states for acknowledged, scheduled, unhandled, and pending.
