Custom notification for a single service, it's possibile?

Hi,i created a service that monitors an Amazon RDS instance, it would be possible to create a custom notification for the service? I created a notification command that launches a script but I have to invoke it only for the service described above

Your notification commands are assigned to contacts, you could alternatively set up an event handler on this service:
