We are unable to add Switches to our installation, we are receiving the error:
ImageNo ports were detected on the switch. Possible reasons for this include
Now I thought it may of been a configuration issue with the new core switch we were adding, but then I re-ran on a currently monitored switch and received the same error.

What I discovered is that Nagios is not switching to SNMPv2c upon clicking on the v2c tab in the wizard. If I run the command from root with under vers 2, it lists all the ports no problem. But because of this, I can't run the wizard successfully. I search through the forum and saw that you can upgrade the wizards via Admin > Manage Config Wizards > Check for Updates but there are no updates for the wizard.

Any suggestions???

Which version of the switch wizard are you presently using? Admin->Manage Wizards
We discovered some issues with 2014r1.0 and switch wizard 2.0 and eventually moved to 2.0.6 in r1.1, but let's just confirm that it was updated for you.

Please do not bump your posts, because we do not directly scroll through the forums, it will actually end up having a negative effect on when we will respond.
