Nagios XI 2014 settings for services are not holding/keeping the following properties after being applied:
• notification interval
• check time
• contact_group
I set them manually for each service in the GUI.
I use the Bulk Modification feature in the GUI.
They disappear or are not settable.
They are also set in the service template, but do not inherit/stick. Nor can be overridden explicitly.
Sent email to customer support with no response for 1 day. Sent another follow up email today.
Customer Portal does not allow me to login even though we have licenses.
How do we get support or a patch so this product works properly?

There must be an issue with your account. Contact [email protected] and they will check your account and make sure you have access to the customer forums and email ticket system.bbramlett wrote:How do we get support or a patch so this product works properly?

In the CCM, after you change one of these settings and then save the service, does the service show "sync missed"?
