Is it possible to insert items like bandwidth reports or SLA report into a dashboard??

Absolutely. Open the report you want and right-click to choose your browser's version of "Open this frame in new tab". Copy that page's URL and use the Custom URL Dashlet to display it. Using the "Get Permalink" icon will include the Nagios XI sidebar and top navigation as well, which is not desirable.
