Log to see host and service added history

Hello,

Is there any log file where I can see when host and service are added also by whom?

In Core Configuration Manager there is a log.
  • CCM > Config Manager Admin
    Config Manager Log
Here is an example where I copied a service and renamed it. The relevant information I changed was in the service description field, which is not shown here :(
