scheduled report pdf broken

I get the attached error. i'm on the latest version of xi.

Are you using SSL? What version of Nagios XI is this on? Can you show what you have in the Admin > System Settings > Program/External URL fields?

Also, when trying to create a PDF from the Reports menu, is it also corrupted or is this only happening with emailed pdf reports?

- I am not using SSL
- ver 2014R1.2
- http://<IP>/nagiosxi/
- yes the PDF displays if I run it in the window and I can hit "save" and it opens fine after downloading

Let's verify - you have the following text in the "Program URL" field:

Do you have anything in the "External URL"?

Are you having issues with Capacity Planning reports only or with all of the reports? Are you using a proxy?
