Using a separate Ethernet Port to monitor devices

I am using NagiosXI 2011 R1.2 version to monitor wireless devices.
I would like NagiosXI to connect to two different subnets using two separate Ethernet Interfaces:
one interface to wireless devices subnet to poll the status and statistics from wireless devices
the other interface to Enerprise subnet where NagiosXI user can connect to NagiosXI using Firefox browser

How can I configure NagiosXI to do this?

This doesn't seem to be a Nagios XI question as much as it does a network/system administration question. At the moment we don't have a procedure like that documented.
