Hi I just started testing the trial version of this. I installed on a win server and have the NSCP services up and running, but Nagios server still couldn't see the host.
when i did the test on NSCLient, i saw the log says failed to bind: Only one usage of each socket address is normally permitted.
Is that the reason or I missed some steps to add the host on Nagios ?

Do you have multiple nsclient++ services running? If so, this can cause socket binding issues. Another possibility is that you have something else on that system using port 5666 or 12489, which will also cause issues. How did you install nsclient++? Where are you going in XI to add the host + services? You should be able to just run through Configure > Wizards > Windows Server.
