Acknowledgements and Comments issue

I have two problems about Acknowledgements and Comments.
One thing is that the comment can not displayed correct chracter in "Acknowledgements and Comments" menu.
This problem always happens regardless of the language setting.
Please refer to the attached picture.

Another is following.
Once I run delete in Action(Home->Acknowledgements and Commnet -> Action -> delete), the messages are displayed that commend processed sucessfully.
However, the items having problems in "Acknowledgements and Comments" does not disppear.

What version of XI are you running? We recently had some issues fixed regarding the Korean and Hebrew languages specifically. I can talk to a developer and see what patch options are available.

The version of nagios using is 2014R1.2.

I have been using from Nagios 2012 version to Nagios R1.2 version.

This problem is a problem that has occurred continuously.

And the same problem still appear although I select English.

This problem appears, regardless of the language selection.

Can you post here what you are trying to enter as a comment? I just tried to replicate the issue and it is working here, so I think this may have been fixed.
