unable to download plugins

When I try to download the "Bulk Import Wizard" the webpage asks me to login and then takes me to a page to purchase training support.
I have a valid support subcription.

Hi Sal,
Which version of Nagios XI do you use?
Have you read this howto:
http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... Wizard.pdf ?
If download redirects you to login in, try with username and password for downloading.
New versions of Nagios XI has the plugin included.

That wizard is also included in both standard/enterprise edition installations, so you should not need to re-download it unless you had manually removed it. You can see if it is installed by checking Configure > CCM > Wizard > Bulk Host Cloning / Import.
