Add Switch/Router wizard not working

This used to work before we upgraded to the 2014 versions of NagiosXI.

When trying to add a cisco switch/router using the wizard, it comes up with "no ports detected on device", if the problem persist, use the following command as nagios root user:
/usr/bin/cfgmaker --show-op-down --noreversedns --zero-speed '100000000' '[email protected]:::::1'

Which I did, and this works, I get results returned from the router.
But the wizard doesn't work.

What is the exact Nagios XI version that you are using? When you go to Admin->Manage Config Wizards, what is the version of the "Network Switch / Router" wizard that you see?
