We can send test email alerts to either of our internal SMTP servers with anonymous config, but host/service alerts are not being received by Contacts via email.
Web console shows alerts were sent to users when taking a service down/up.
Nagios Server's Maillog shows "PostFix" being used ??? for test alerts instead of SMTP (or maybe that is the facility it uses for SMTP to our this).
Either way Contacts are not getting alerts. Notifications are enabled at the template level, the service, check and Contacts.
1) How to get SMTP email alerts to work reliably from the single email config location in XI we have?
2) How to get test email sends to use exactly what alerts to Contacts will use?
