Strange Contact Group Issue

This is strange:

The second name down in the box on the left, adakujaku is greyed out, but does not appear in the list on the right, but he is getting notifications.

I only bring this up as a possible clue to the cause of some of the other glitchy things that are going on, probably related to something I did.

I am assuming you are defining a contact group here? If so, view that specific contact and see if it is assigned to the contact group from within the contact definition. The same thing happens with host/groups and services/groups.

Wasn't defining the group was just adding a couple more contacts, but yes you were correct, when I go into his contact settings click on Manage Contact Groups, it shows him in that group.
