No Environemental data found : UNKNOWN

Hi,

I need a help with one of the error that we are facing after configuring and adding Cisco Catalyst 3560X-48PF switch in Nagios monitoring.

"No Environmental data found : UNKNOWN"

Do anybody know that what can be the reason for this error?

What is producing that error? Can we see the command you are running from the CLI to check that switch?
