Hi,
We have a problem with saving new configuration on service management screen. First we created our own command to get the interface status infos of servers.
($USER1$/check_snmp_int.pl -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -C $ARG1$ -n $ARG2$)
Then, we have added a new service using our this new command on the service management tab as below screen. We saved the changes and clicked the apply configuration button. Configuration varification fails. What should we do?

Go to the Core Config Manager and in the left-hand side under Tools you will see "Write Config Files". Click that, and then click Write, then Verify, and send us the output of the Verify.

Check your configuration file(s) to ensure that they contain valid

'Whats New' section to find out what has changed.

Did you add this service to a host? Click on the "Manage Hosts" button under "Service Management", add the service to a host, save, and try to apply configuration again.

Thanks for the support. I have not configured the "manage host" section. After adding host, I got fail again but this time I used the "write config files" and "verify" and saw that alert settings, check settings were blank. So,
I have learnt how to figure out a problem and how to add a service
Now, It works.
