I'd like to get direct help from the support team. I got email to register on Nagios Support Froum. I am not sure this is the location to post for this.

This is the correct location to ask questions. If you are a current customer, you can also post in the Customer Support XI forum or open up a ticket if it is a time-sensitive issue.
