If a host is ok, but has multiple services in Critical state, can you acknowledge all at once?
When the snmp daemon hangs on a host, all services go into critical condition. For some reason, we can't restart snmp and must reboot in off-hours. I can ack each service individually (a pain) to get the beeper to calm down, or disable notifications from the host, but then the host could die or snmp resurrect itself, and I wouldn't know.
Just thought there might be a trick.
Thanks....Lyle
acknowledge all service problems on a host at one time?
Re: acknowledge all service problems on a host at one time?
Is this an XI or Core question? (If it's an XI question, be sure to post future questions to the XI forum, it gets more traffic).
If it's XI, we made a tool just for this.

There's also a script that works with Core that might be worth a look
