AIX errpt output

Dear Team,

We have configured IBM AIX and monitoring about 10-12 service checks all are working fine, except check_errpt as per the AIX Admin.

Please check and let us know about check_errpt plugin, whether it is working fine or not ?

As per the AIX Admin, he is saying IP = 152.63.1.97 , giving output CRITICAL but there is not any error exists in 152.63.1.97 Server all problms resolved?

and for 172.27.130.105 its giving output OK in nagiosxi console, AIX admin is saying there is 2 errors are exists why it is not showing critical, Why it is showing OK stat?

Please check and let us know, whether check_errpt plugin working fine or not?

Also please let us 1 more thing this plugin is only working for "error class" - Hardware only, Software Only, Both. ?

Unfortunately we do not have an AIX system internally that I know of. Could you provide command and service examples as well as an output of the check against each server from the command line?

Can you show us the actual service definition for that service in XI? As well as the definition in NRPE on the remote host's end?
