Better method for showing product interest

I'd like a better method for showing product/plugin/addon interest. An ongoing poll maybe? There are several items on the exchange that I have interest in but no real way to show that interest...

Are you thinking existing product interest, or proposed idea interest?

Both. I think customers/users should have an option to post a new idea assuming it hasn't already been posted and make suggestions/requests to already existing products.

From my standpoint as a customer and technician for Nagios, I think its a great product and for the most part it does its job very well. However, I work closely with IT Directors, executives, and technicians in several business areas so I see first hand the sort of features that could propel Nagios to a new level in terms of sales. I'm sure there are several other customers/techs in these forums in the same position that I am.

I had a quick look and clicked to test if i could reply to a topic and start a new one and I had no problems so its open

A poll would be a splendid idea. It will enlighten us more about the product so that one can decide or have a thorough knowledge with its etc.
