URL to host detail from database

Hello,

We have a computer database and would like to generate a link to NagioxXI to see detail of a host. I copied a link and noticed it is roughly in this format:

https://ubitmon-hf.hf.intel.com/nagiosx ... =’hostname here not in quotes’. This works only if a session is already established, otherwise you get back a session expired message.

Is there a better link that would bring up the login dialog is not logged in, then go directly to the link?

Not currently, but you could use the backend api username and ticketid GET parameters to access the url without a password:
