Operations Screen doesn't display service warnings/crits

Post by cvantilborg »

I can't get the Operations Screen to display unhandled service exceptions.

I have three services in error, which are contained in a service group. However those services do not show up in the Operations Screen details. I do see the error in the tactical overview section, just not the details.

Is there additional configuration to get this working?

Could you post screen shots of the ops screen and the tactical overview showing the discrepancy?

Do any new unhandled problems appear on the ops screen?
Are there any errors in the browser console when you browser to ops screen?
Or errors in the apache log:

Code: Select all

tail -25 /var/log/httpd/error_log
