Apply configuration is now failing. How do I find out what is causing this to fail? Is there a log?

The /var/log/mysqld.log has the following last entry: "110810 13:37:39 [ERROR] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Table './nagios/nagios_systemcommands' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed"

Not sure if this is causing the configuration failure or not.

Something that might help is this:

Its supposeed to be for when the event data is stale, but this also applies as it looks like your database has gotten corrupted somehow.
