Re: Alerts should not generate
Unfortunately, just showing that does not really tell us anything. Please click the diskette icon next to the service name of the services in the ccm that are notifying you, and do the same for the host as well. Also, if you could take a screenshot of the Home > notifications page filtered down to the host/time you received these notifications that would be helpful.

Re: Alerts should not generate
The parameter which we have added that mapped to particular host. In that host if we have enabled the notification , so through that calls are getting generated.
Right???
Right???
Re: Alerts should not generate
If a host has notifications enabled it should only send out alerts for the host and not the services, however if the services do not have any notification options then they will inherit those from the host they are attached to.
Can you please show us the config options that slansing asked for in his post?

We need the following information still:
Without that we are only seeing whatever you show us in the screenshots, which is not a complete picture of the configs. You may have an event handler that is being run and delivering the alerts.slansing wrote:Please click the diskette icon next to the service name of the services in the ccm that are notifying you, and do the same for the host as well.
