Alerts should not generate

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are monitoring Database Parameters In Nagios XI.we have disabled the notification for all parameters.
Alerts should not get generate after disabling the notifications, but calls are getting logged to E-Helpline.
I should not get any alerts or calls after disabling the notifications.Please help me out in this.

Unfortunately, just showing that does not really tell us anything. Please click the diskette icon next to the service name of the services in the ccm that are notifying you, and do the same for the host as well. Also, if you could take a screenshot of the Home > notifications page filtered down to the host/time you received these notifications that would be helpful.

The parameter which we have added that mapped to particular host. In that host if we have enabled the notification , so through that calls are getting generated.
Right???

If a host has notifications enabled it should only send out alerts for the host and not the services, however if the services do not have any notification options then they will inherit those from the host they are attached to.
Can you please show us the config options that slansing asked for in his post?

All hosts and services are having notification option.As u said we have disabled the notification option for the services.
But call are getting logged even after disabling the notifications.Below screen shots for your information.

Without that we are only seeing whatever you show us in the screenshots, which is not a complete picture of the configs. You may have an event handler that is being run and delivering the alerts.
