Alerts from Deleted Objects

I have 5 host that are alerting every hour although the hosts and any services are deleted from my Nagios XI install.

We have tripled checked that these host do not exist yet each hour we get alerts via SMS.

The alert groups cannot access the host as they have been deleted.

Ideas?

After deleting them from the CCM, did you do an Apply Configuration?

Do the .cfg files for the hosts/services still exist under /usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts or /usr/local/nagios/etc/services?

What XI version are you running?
