Nagios user problem

Hi
I have installed Nagios on a Linux computer, I need to add users to htpasswd.users file, but the user must be added using his/her CN like this:
/C=country/O=org/O=institute/OU=work place/CN=name surename:xxvv7788
When I am adding this line manually the user can have access to Nagios/web interface but after a short time the authentication is failed and I have to add the same line again!!
So what is the problem and how can I add the user in correct way.
