Fix not seen in 2.4

I just installed 2014r2.4 and for the fix for
http://tracker.nagios.com/view.php?id=600 I still don't see it for the second time its marked as closed. check the attached image, names still not alphabetized and the box still small, makes it hard to use when you have 100+ users.

Am I missing something here or is it still not resolved?

User components don't auto update when you upgrade XI. You can download this component from

Now to remember my library username...time to email sales.
I just have one question...where can I see User components so I know if there are any others I need to update, because according to the manage components screen I am up to date on everything.

EDIT - OMFG - I was on my wrong server when I check component upgrades....just ignore me...I need more Mt Dew! Lock this up!

From Admin, Manage Components, click on CHECK FOR UPDATES.
