Dear Expert
NAGVIS by default logged as User : Guest , whatever I did, clearing cookies/cache/temp files, restart PC but no success. Tried on Windows/Macintosh, different browser but no success.

The default (supported) version of NagVis that comes with Nagios XI is 1.5.9. Have you upgraded it to 1.7 or made any mods to NagVis? This is definitely not a default behavior...

Please close the case , issue sorted out
Its related to file : /etc/httpd/conf.d/nagvis.conf
When there was issue : # NagVis Apache2 split auth virtualhosts
Fixed after restored with old file : # NagVis Apache2 sample configuration file
Looks during some upgrade files got changed
New version 1.7 is good , stable.
