Hi Team,
We would like to execute a command on nagiosXI server when a host/service problem is acknowledged.
Do you have any idea/suggestion on how to implement this?
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards

Thank for your response but i don't think event handler is a solution because it is run only when host/services state change occurs.
I am looking for a solution to execute a script when a host/service problem is acknowledged/scheduled in downtime.
Thank in advance for your help
Best regards

The closest we have in XI is a Global Event Handler which can set scripts to run for every notification sent.
Admin -> Manage Components -> Global Event Handlers -> Edit -> Notifications Tab
