How to monitor OTRS service in NagiosXI

I have installed OTRS (open source ticket request) on windows 2003.
and being monitor by NagiosXI now i want to monitor OTRS service in NagiosXI.
so how to configure OTRS service in NagiosXI for monitoring.

There are two ways to do this:

1) Use NSClient++:

The steps to do it this way would be the following -

Install NSClient++ on the Windows 2003 Server

Run the Monitoring Wizard

2) Using WMI

Setup an account on the Windows server for the WMI plugin to login as

Download the WMI installer for the Nagios XI server
