Diferent messa for diferent retrys

I all
Im a sys admin linux and im installing nagios in a server for some monitoring.
After instaling, ive come to a a situation that i need to implement but havent found any documentation about it, i wanto to send diferent messages for diferente retrys, like this:
on service fail it just send's a mail to 1º receiver
on 2ª retry it sends a mail to 2º contactand
on 3º retry it send a sms to me...

But i cant find nothing that help me with this... idont even know if it can be done, thats why im here.

Sounds like you want to set up notification escalations. They allow you to specify different people to contact ofter certain numbers of notifications, and the time between notifications.

I think it is the basic functionality of linux operating system... agreed... your concept is clear...
