Importing Nagios Core into NagiosXI

I am working on Nagios core, but recently I have installed NagiosXI.
I couldn't import the config file of the Nagios core into XI, can you please help me adding the hosts to the NagiosXI quickly.

After importing,
All hosts status in the Host details are Pending.
How to fix this issue?
Also this error appeared,
ERROR: Bad JSON format!

If they stay as "pending" they are either missing a check command, or are never getting scheduled, run, or inserted into tthe db. As many things can cause this, it may be best to open a ticket (if you are a paying client) by emailing
[email protected].
