Hi there,
I am brand new to Nagios, so please bear with me as I find my way around... your help will be invaluable to me.
I have installed Nagios Core, OMD and I'm using check_mk.
I have a few tomcat machines that I'd like to monitor and I see on mathias-kettner.de that Jolokia is the supported option.
So got the Jolokia war running on my tomcat, but what do I do on the Nagios machine to recognise it?
I can't find any information on how to configure the Nagios machine to start picking up the info that the Jolokia app is generating on the tomcat.
Is there a Jolokia plugin that I am supposed to install/activate
Please help!

I'm not incredibly familiar with that stack, but according to the tutorial you will want to use the "check_jmx4perl" plugin.

It does not, however, provide usage info. You can probably get that from the plugin itself.
