.pdf reports error
.pdf reports error
When I try to run .pdf reports from notification or event log I receive the attached error. I checked the /tmp directory on a system that works as expected and the permissions are the same.

What is the Nagios XI version that you are currently using? Are you using/forcing SSL? Go to Admin->Manage System Config and show us a screenshot of the page. Also, run the following commands and show us the output:

cat /etc/hosts
ls -ld /usr/local/nagiosxi
ls -ld /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp
grep https /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php

ran all the info you requested against both servers.
cat /etc/hosts was incorrect ....
