Hello ,
Our project is using Quantify (red box recorder) for the call center guys and we want to monitor all call/failed calls or other important information regarding calls through Nagios .
Please advise if we already have any plugin for monitoring Quantify redbox recorder (http://www.redboxrecorders.com/quantify/applications/) .
Or
Advise how can we do it .

I don't see any plugins on our Exchange site.
Does Quanitfy have an API that can be called? If so it should be pretty easy to integrate with a short bash script (or whatever other language you prefer).
