NagiosXI integrating with ITSM tooling

Hi,

I've NagiosXI configured in my organization and it's currently monitoring 3500 hosts. I'm exploring the option of integrating NagiosXI into our new ITSM tool. Similar to Nagios Incident Manager. Beside Nagios sending email and SMS alerting into 3rd party tooling for alert event is there other options in integrating into NagiosXI directly? Please advise.

You could probably use the Backend API URL component to access current and historical information on monitored hosts and services.

Admin->Manage Components->Backend API URL

Unfortunately, we haven't tested integration Nagios XI with ITSM and don't have any documentation on the topic.
