Alert if Memory on a Process Drops Below a Specified Thresho

Hi,

I know it's possible to monitor a Windows process and it's memory usage and alert when it exceeds a certain threshold. However it is possible to alert when the memory usage of a process falls below a certain threshold?

What is the plugin that you are currently using to monitor a windows process and it's memory usage? Can you show us the actual command that you run from the command line, along with the output of it?
