Hi
Back in the day I remember there used to be a view on the nagios dash that showed all hosts/services and whether or not they would alert. If so it showed which contacts the alert would go to. This was very useful as it was the only view that showed what would actually happen without having to test every single scenario manually.
The problem is that otherwise I have no way of seeing my actual config since nonw of the views show what is and is not inherited from templates.
Please tell me this view is still there. I cannot see it on the XI board.
thx
View that shows what host/service would alert and to whom

I think you were thinking of the "configuration" view in the left-hand menu of the original Nagios Core interface. You're right - I don't know of anything that replaces that in XI.
The good news is that core is still 100% available to you:
http://mynagiosxihost/nagios/ will take you to the core interface.

AHHH there it is !! Thank you what a relief. This view was about the best thing nagios ever had !!
No idea why anyone would have decided not to port that to xi but as long as the core is still there I'm good.
thx
