i have configured one of node to http to https redirect, however, it still said no data received.
i only configured one of servers to run https, should i configure all servers to run https?

Yes, please give that a try.

What do you mean no data received? Are the logs not reaching Nagios Log Server? This would not have to do with HTTP(S), but rather the Cluster Hostname you input at "Global Configuration".

That hostname will need to be setup via DNS by you - the most typical setup is round robin DNS that points to every IP in the NLS cluster.
