Like the topic says, my XI service overview shows the mute icon, indicating that no notifications will be sent out for that service.
However in Core Config Manager all of these checke have notifications enabled.
All checks have an active contact and time period.
I've restarted the server but they're still there..
Only when I click the service and click on enable notifications it disappears.
Some sql corruption somewhere?
Xi version is 2014R2.7
Core 4.0.8
CentOS 6.6 (Final)
Notification disabled icon does not go away.
Re: Notification disabled icon does not go away.
It could be that the mysql database is not in sync with the config files. Try the following to see if it fixes it.
Go to the Core Config Manager
Under "Tools", click "Write Config Files"
Click the "Delete" button then click the "Write" button and then the "Verify" button
Click Apply Configuration and click the "Apply Configuration" button
